Every season will bring some new designs to add to Cathy’s collection. Whether it is a 6 inch cake to serve 4 – 6 people or a 16 inch cake to serve 100 guests will enchant with a feast to the eye and satisfaction to the soul.

All Cakes are custard filled. The rum and amaretto are high-grade extracts and are stirred into the custard. All cakes are baked to be moist, and frozen to hold the layers of cake and custard together. All Frostings are an Italian Whip Cream.

The Lemon Flavors are very savory for as light as they are, which gives them a unique “quenching” quality. Excellent choice for a Brunch or Shower Cake.

There are always "Cakes On The Rum" available every day at our Chandler or Phoenix locations in various sizes and multitudes of flavors. You can call in advance and reserve a cake same day or come in, and we will decorate a beautiful cake for you in five minutes.

Defrosting Chart

6" Round - 6 Hours out of Freezer/Overnight in Refrigerator- take out 2 hours.
8" Round - 8 Hours out of Freezer/Overnight in Refrigerator- take out 4 hours.
10" Round and All Sheet Cakes Sizes - 10 Hours out of Freezer/Overnight in Refrigerator- take out 5 hours.
12" Round - 12 Hours out of Freezer/Overnight in Refrigerator - take out 6 hours.
14" Round - 12 Hours out of Freezer/Overnight in Refrigerator - take out 7 hours.
16" Round - 12 to 14 Hours out of Freezer/Overnight in Refrigerator - take out 8 hours.
*The cakes are designed to be a little icy when cutting. This makes it easier to serve. Slices take a couple of minutes to defrost on the plate. A good defrosting tip is to place the cake on a wood surface, cutting rack or bread rack. You can leave the cake in the box while left out.

*When Transporting - Please Keep Your Cake Level! This Will Prevent It From Sliding Off It's Board!
